By introducing a new dynamic range of scenic day tours taking guests from Wirrina Cove to a number of the states southern most natural wonders in Encounter Marine Park and Kangaroo Island, we anticipate our experiences will encourage tourists and locals to conserve and admire South Australia's portion of the Great Southern Reef with guided commentary onboard from experts who know the region better than anyone else.

Southern Fishing Charters and Shark Watch South Australia reserve the right to make minor alterations to any part of the itinerary subject to adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseeable circumstances arising in the day(s) or hour(s) prior to a tour.

This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

A medium level of fitness is required for passengers to be able to safely disembark the vessel at American River wharf, as there will be a slight hop up from the boat. Crew will also provide assistance when needed.
Payment

The monetary currency of all tours is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Full booking payment is to be made within seven (7) days of your tour.

A minimum amount of 12 - 14 guests is required for tours to go ahead.
Cancellations
-
For bookings of 1 – 3 people, 100% of the total cost of your paid booking will be refundable 15 or more days prior to your tour date when you cancel your booking.

For bookings of 1 – 3 people, 60% of your paid booking will be forfeited when you cancel your booking between 8 and 14 days prior to your tour. This means that only 40% of your payment will be refunded.

For bookings of 1 - 3 people, if you cancel your booking within 7 days of your tour, 100% of your paid booking will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.

For bookings of 4 or more people, if you cancel your booking 10 or less days from your tour, 100% of your booking cost will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.

If you cancel your tour, you have the right to transfer your booking to another tour date using the money that has paid for the cancelled tour.

Shark Watch South Australia and Southern Fishing Charters reserve the right to cancel any tour, at any time, at their own discretion, subject to low booking numbers, adverse weather conditions, or in the event of any other unforeseeable circumstance(s) arising prior to a tour.

If a tour is cancelled by Southern Fishing Charters or Shark Watch South Australia, you will be refunded the full amount of your booking payment, or you can reserve the right to re-book the tour on another date using the funds that were used to book the cancelled tour.
Your Responsibility

Shark Watch South Australia and Southern Fishing Charters reserve the right to refuse vessel boarding for any customer displaying disorderly, harmful, or abusive behaviour towards any other passenger or crew member.

It is the responsibility of all paying customers to inform Shark Watch South Australia or Southern Fishing Charters of any dietary requirements or underlying health conditions of all customers who will be boarding, so our crew can cater to the specific needs of all paying customers.

Shark Watch South Australia and Southern Fishing Charters accept no responsibility because of any incurred loss to paying customers due to negligent and/or disorderly behaviour.

In order to partake in sandboarding and tobogganing at Little Sahara Adventure Centre, all guests must sign the waiver form emailed to customers prior to the tour. Alternatively you can sign the waiver upon arrival at Little Sahara Adventure Centre.

As a paying customer, you acknowledge that any, and/or, all wildlife, mentioned in any of our tour promotions may not be encountered on the day of your tour, and for this reason, Shark Watch South Australia and Southern Fishing Charters offer no refunds subject to the dissatisfaction of paying guests, at the end of a tour.

Shark Watch South Australia and Southern Fishing Charters offer no refunds for paying guests who suffer seasickness at any point during the tour. We advise that you take your seasickness medication in the evening prior to your tour and take any other necessary precautions in the evening and morning prior to your tour to ensure you're in the best possible health to enjoy the trip.
